Tous les FAI fonctionnent avec des phases investisement => bonne connexion =>
communication (pub...) => abonnements => charge supplémentaire => mauvaise
connexion. Il n'y a jamais de bonne réponse. Juste la bonne réponse du moment
qui entretient le cycle.
