En fait, sur la doc du disque, il y avait trois options pour le cavalier :

C'est ce que j'ai fait à présent et ... ÇA MARCHE ! J'ai bien les deux disques
dans le message de boot et lorsque je fais 'fdisk -l' (ce qui n'était pas le cas
avant... De plus, plus d'attente au boot.
Par contre, j'ai perdu le lecteur CDROM dans l'opération !-((((((
Je l'ai bien dans le message de boot (cf. infra) comme /dev/hdc (logique, je
l'ai mis en maître sur le deuxième port IDE) et j'ai reconfiguré mon fichier
fstab avec /dev/hdc à la place de /dev/hdb:
