License Elite/Mbrola : Quelles possibilités ?

Bonjour à tous,

La semaine passée nous avons eu une longue discussion à ce sujet sur la
liste carrefourblinux. voici d'ailleurs l'url où on peut consulter les

J'ai extrait une partie de cette discussion que je vous libre ci-dessous :
S'il n'y a pas une autre phrase plus bas qui ressert à nouveau la
visse, beh effectivement ça me semble possible; mais le but de l'avis
juridique c'est de pouvoir être sûr.
Tu pourrais aussi contacter debian-law et là tu as des pns qui sont
très branchées juridiquement, et tu gagneras à mon avis du temps, ce
qui est profitable à la communauté.

Pour Yan et les autres devels, mi je pensais à une solution du type
utilisant une sources.list :-) pour le cas où! mais si la license
permet la redistrib sous non-free deb, beh tant mieux.

Donc, comme vous pouvez le lire, j'ai proposé qu'on se renseigne ici
précisément afin de pouvoir y voir plus clair dans ces subtilités de
licenses. Aldo suggère d'interroger la FSF ou encore la debian Law.  Bon,
je dois vous avouer que je me suis avancée mais qu'en réalité  je ne
sais pas du tout comment il faut s'y prendre pour mettre en forme une telle
demande. Je sais qu'ici certains d'entre vous sauront très bien faire
ça donc je vous demande votre aide ! Je pense qu'un éclaircissement au
sujet de ces licenses sera bénéfique à l'ensemble de la communauté
des Blinuxiens francophones !

licenses. ca me paraît bien court comme texte ! donc peut-être faut-il
rechercher les licenses complètes sur le net ?
